Job Overview

This role focuses on aligning HR practices with operational needs and implementing consistent HR policies and processes. You will support business teams by executing core HR processes and contribute to a positive and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement HR practices in line with operational requirements and consistently apply HR policies and processes.
  • Coordinate induction programs to integrate new hires into the organization effectively, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, resolving issues promptly and compliantly.
  • Collaborate with managers on performance management, providing timely feedback, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Manage HR dashboards and utilize data insights to monitor key people metrics such as attrition, engagement, and productivity.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and foster a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Support organizational change efforts by ensuring effective communication and employee alignment during transitions.
  • Collaborate with the central HR team on key projects including compliance, audits, learning, and talent reviews.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 3-7 years of experience in generalist or HRBP support roles with exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and manage relationships across levels.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, inductions, and supporting performance processes.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail and process adherence.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards is preferred.
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
