Job Title: Experienced Human Resources Director

Role Overview:

  • Lead human resources operations, focusing on employee lifecycle management, compliance, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to drive HR strategy and ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop talent-focused programs and execute performance management processes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and foster a diverse, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Drive employee engagement surveys and support HR leaders.

Center of Excellence:

  • Curate customized solutions and programs aligned to business and HR objectives.
  • Develop initiatives focused on talent engagement, retention, and development.
  • Guide team and managers on compliance, performance, and behavior-related issues.

Initiatives:

  • Participate in company-wide initiatives for employer branding, employee rewards, events, and engagement.
  • Support HR Head in driving department-level strategic meetings.
  • Oversee statutory compliance requirements and conduct regular audits.

Qualifications:

  • MBA/Executive MBA in HR from a reputable university with proven experience.
  • 11-15 years of progressive HR experience, focusing on senior-level initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing a team of minimum 2 members.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR Automation, AI Enabled tools, Payroll System, strategic initiatives, and MS Office Suite.
