Human Resources Development Professional

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to support our HR Manager in all aspects of the human resources function. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through job boards.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
- Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS system.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support the HR Manager in performance management processes.
- Assist with general office administration and upkeep, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and employees.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with a strong interest in human resources and a desire to contribute to a growing organization.
Requirements:- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field and a 6-month internship that leads to direct placement.
- Strong interest in human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Recruiter is a plus.
- Knowledge of Hindi is important and local language (Kannada) is an added advantage though not compulsory.
- Must be well-settled in Bangalore.
- Smart and articulate.
- Well-spoken with great interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Professional and responsible.
