About the Role

This full-time, on-site position in Godhra involves overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures;
  • Conducting thorough recruitment and onboarding processes;
  • Managing employee benefits, payroll, and other personnel-related tasks;
  • Fostering a positive work environment through strong leadership and communication skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition;
  • Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management;
  • Proficiency in HR Policies Development, Compliance, and Labor Laws;
  • Knowledge of Payroll Management, Employee Benefits Administration;
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; A Master's degree or HR certification is an added advantage.
