Human Resources Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead and drive strategic initiatives across multiple HR functions. This includes onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration for new joiners.
  • Analyze and improve training and induction methods to enhance employee performance.
  • Oversee asset allocation and management, guaranteeing efficient resource utilization.
  • Design, develop, and implement HR policies aligned with organizational culture and compliance requirements.
  • Create and standardize HR processes, promoting efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Maintain accurate organizational hierarchy structures, ensuring clear reporting lines and role responsibilities.
  • Maximize the potential of Keka HRMS by implementing best practices in payroll, leave, performance, and reporting modules.
  • Prepare and present HR reports for management, covering workforce data, attrition, and engagement metrics.
  • Analyze report data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic recommendations.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • E nsure statutory compliance with TDS, PF, ESIC, and other labor laws.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and adherence to compliance frameworks.
  • Uphold ethical workplace practices, upholding the Code of Conduct (COC).
  • Support increment meetings, providing performance-based inputs and market trend analysis.
  • Drive HR Connect initiatives to boost employee engagement, culture, and communication.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, fostering open dialogue between management and employees.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS (preferably Keka).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Ability to lead policy/process building initiatives and foster innovation in HR practices.
