Job Title: Assistant Manager Human Resources

The role of Assistant Manager Human Resources involves overseeing the recruitment and talent management process within an organization. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring that the hiring process is efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Posting job openings on multiple platforms to attract top talent
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to identify the best fit for the organization
  • Reviewing and shortlisting candidates to ensure that only the most qualified applicants move forward in the process
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidates, hired team members, vacancies, and other relevant information
  • Acting as a liaison between the organization and team members, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Performing other tasks related to recruitment and HR department activities
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruiting for roles such as Graphic Designers, Video & Photo Editors, 3D and 2D AutoCAD specialists, and Customer Support staff
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
