Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our Human Resources function.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic business partner, responsible for implementing effective HR strategies that drive business success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage a range of HR tasks, including benefits, sales, legal and general administrative matters.
  • Oversee and manage high-level projects on behalf of senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement best practices, policies and procedures across teams.
  • Lead a professional HR organization.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business activities.
  • Talent management: recruit, develop and retain top talent.
  • Manage vendor and customer contracts.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate tasks.

Requirements

  • 4 years of relevant work experience as a Human Resources Manager.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership to provide proactive recommendations on business problems, projects or initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights in influencing stakeholder groups.
  • Advanced experience managing competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and relationships with stakeholder groups.
