HR Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records and HR documentation, attendance and payroll coordination, handling day-to-day office administration, and supporting management in HR policies and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinating attendance and payroll processes
  • Handling day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Supporting management in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in HR or Administration
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask
