**Job Title:**
Human Resources Development Manager**Job Summary:
The role of a Human Resources Development Manager is a strategic position that involves overseeing and managing human resources processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, analytics, and learning & development. This individual will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective people management practices.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Talent Acquisition: Develop strategies to source and attract top talent in the market.
- Talent Management: Oversee online onboarding processes, document policies, conduct induction sessions, confirm new joiners, exit interviews, analysis, pulse checks, and feedback collection.
- Engagement: Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs based on the company's calendar.
- L&D: Deliver HR/Talent process training sessions, design, and plan soft skills programs.
- HR Projects: Lead and manage HR projects in various areas and drive their execution.
- HR Analytics/Dashboards: Create dashboards and send reports to management on tasks executed.
**Requirements:*
- Consistent academic record.
- MBA (HR) degree from a reputable institution would be beneficial.
