Key Responsibilities
  • Provide management information and analytics support to the HR function in people metrics, reporting, advanced & predictive analytics.
  • Develop and analyze enterprise-wide people data using technology and analytical tools like R and Python.
  • Communicate findings to senior management via presentations and standard management reporting artifacts.
Candidate Profile
  • Hands-on experience of using HR databases and systems to design workforce-related reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
  • Experience in analytics environment including management information and reporting preferably within HR.
  • Proficient in developing Statistical Models, Forecasting Plans & HR reports to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Leading interpretation of HR data to identify differences, relationships, and trends.
  • Reporting results of statistical analyses in graphs, charts, and tables.
