The ideal candidate will serve as the primary HR point of contact at a warehouse site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance employee engagement and workplace culture through initiatives.
  • Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations teams.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution effectively.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff members.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive HR records, documentation, and management information systems (MIS) reports.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing settings is required.
  • Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to connect with staff at all levels.
