As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire HR lifecycle of our organization. This encompasses talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and build effective hiring pipelines
  • Utilize job portals, referrals, and agency partners to attract high-quality talent
  • Build and maintain an active talent pool for future hiring needs
  • Own pre-onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth candidate experience
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives: rewards & recognition, team-building, town halls, etc.
  • Support internal communications and organizational announcements
  • Champion employee well-being and support a positive, inclusive work environment
  • Drive annual employee feedback surveys and support action planning
  • Support HR branding and internal campaigns in coordination with the marketing team
HR Policies, Systems & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Maintain and update the employee handbook, code of conduct, and HR SOPs
  • Contribute to HR audits, ISO compliance (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, etc.), and documentation as required
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement across HR processes

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment, payroll basics, labour laws, and HR processes. They will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and employee relationship management skills, as well as hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, Excel, and document management tools.
