Mergers and Acquisitions Executive

We are seeking a seasoned M&A professional to advise clients on strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raisings. The successful candidate will lead deal teams, manage client relationships, and oversee transaction execution from origination to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Leadership: Spearhead the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, encompassing origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Client Advisory: Provide expert counsel to clients on potential M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising, ensuring alignment with their long-term objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Design deal structures that meet client goals while maximizing value. Oversee negotiations of terms, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, legal advisors, and other third-party advisors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (legal, tax, and regulatory) to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in Finance or equivalent.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
