Senior Financial Advisor - Capital Markets

We seek an experienced Senior Financial Advisor to lead our capital markets initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in capital market transactions, including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, and Bonds.

As a key member of our team, you will advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring. You will also ensure that all deals comply with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines.

The role involves managing end-to-end deal execution - from due diligence, drafting offer documents, and coordinating with regulators to liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.

You will conduct financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to support decision-making. Additionally, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.

To succeed in this role, you must stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments. You will also support in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.

  • Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, listing guidelines, and compliance frameworks.

Requirements & Qualifications

CA/ Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.

5-6 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.

Hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.
