Job Title: Senior Legal Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of complex legal matters including litigation, contracts, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and legal advisory.

The position involves working closely with internal departments and external legal partners to support the company's operations. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing civil and criminal cases, as well as arbitration matters.
  • Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and policies.
  • Conduct primary due diligence including title searches for property transactions and assist in the execution, registration, and formalities related to such transactions.
  • Handle applications for Intellectual Property Rights and conduct legal research on applicable laws, circulars, notifications, policies, and case laws.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to provide legal support across various functions and liaise with external vendors and legal agencies for contract execution and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 7 to 8 years of relevant legal experience
