Job Title: Senior Legal Professional

As a seasoned legal professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's compliance with legal requirements and regulations. Your responsibilities will include providing expert legal guidance, conducting thorough searches and reports on properties to be mortgaged, verifying their legitimacy and ownership status, reviewing and providing opinions on Lease/Transfer of Shares (LSR/TSR) agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Expert Legal Guidance: Offer high-level legal expertise to the organization, ensuring that all operations are conducted within the bounds of the law.
  • Conduct Due Diligence: Perform thorough investigations and generate comprehensive reports on properties to be mortgaged, highlighting any potential issues or concerns.
  • Review and Opinion on LSR/TSR Agreements: Review and provide expert opinions on LSR/TSR agreements, ensuring that they comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Search and Report: Conduct searches and generate detailed reports on properties, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Lead Legal Due Diligence: Spearhead the process of conducting thorough legal due diligence on properties for mortgage creation, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to protect the organization's interests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications: Hold an LLB degree from a reputable Law College.
  • Experience: Possess 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and regional languages.
