Corporate Finance Professional

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Professional to join our ranks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing sell-side and buy-side M&A projects, including financing and fundraising.

You will work closely with clients to identify potential business opportunities and assist in the creation of pitch documents, pricing/valuation papers, and marketing materials. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising clients on commercial negotiation and structuring transactions.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A/investment banking, transaction advisory or consulting services
  • A strong understanding of financial statements and their interlinkages, with a solid academic record in MBA Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
  • Excellent business writing skills, with a good understanding of capital markets and advanced knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
  • Fluent proficiency in written and verbal communication skills – English and German are mandatory, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also possess a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with project leads to execute all aspects of M&A projects.
