As a seasoned corporate law expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and navigating complex transactions for our client, a leading investment platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive legal strategies to support business objectives.
  • Review and finalize key transaction documents, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including founders, investors, and internal teams, to foster collaborative deal-making.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining in-depth knowledge of emerging trends and regulations in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital.

Required Profile:

  • Proven experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital, preferably within the past 2-3 years.
  • Excellent understanding of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior law firm experience is beneficial; candidates looking to transition in-house are encouraged to apply.
