  • Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Identify and Evaluate Potential Partnerships:
      • Research and analyze potential partners based on their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business objectives.
    • Develop and Maintain Strategic Alliances:
      • Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions.
    • Negotiate Agreements:
      • Negotiate agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with our business goals.
    • Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders:
      • Work closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with business objectives.
    • Drive Business Growth:
      • Collaborate with partners to identify and implement joint growth opportunities that drive revenue growth for our business.

Requirements:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in a highly analytical field, preferably in the Financial Services sector.
  • Proven ability to excel in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate and influence across various levels of the organization.
