Institutional Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Relations Manager to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, schools, and universities to identify new partnership opportunities and onboard institutions in line with company objectives.
  • Organize and execute campus engagement programs, seminars, university visits, and info sessions to represent EazyLink and its partner universities during education fairs and institutional meetings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support partner engagement, sharing regular updates and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain records of institutional activities, events, meeting reports, and follow-ups to prepare performance reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in institutional partnerships, education consulting, or business development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in teams.
