Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tax Senior to join our Alternative Investments and Private Equity Practice groups. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing partnership entities and related state filings.

As a Tax Senior, your primary duties will include:

  • Preparation and Review: Prepare intermediate and complex level tax returns and perform technical reviews of pass-through entity tax returns.
  • Research and Consultation: Research and consult on tax matters, providing expert advice to clients and colleagues.
  • Leadership and Development: Supervise, motivate, and develop tax associates to become future members of the industry group.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Significant experience working with partnership entities (Form 1065) and Subchapter K reporting matters.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Effective analytical and problem-solving ability to handle complex tax situations.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as leadership and project/team management skills.
