Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

This role involves driving the implementation and management of our Oracle Human Capital Management solution across all modules globally. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices, as well as strong technical skills in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.

About the Job:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management

Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality results.

Stakeholder Management

Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful implementation of Oracle HCM modules.

System Configuration & Customization

Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules based on business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Training, Testing & Quality Assurance

Develop comprehensive training materials and user guides, plan pilots, conduct thorough testing, and provide end-user training and support for smooth adoption of the system.

Change Management and Digital Adoption

Support organizational change management activities, promoting tech adoption of HR and internal communication products through effective communication, training, and engagement.

Continuous Improvement

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, identify areas for improvement, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are advantageous.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems.
  • High proficiency in Excel, macro, and other report automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
