Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Strategist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure high-quality talent acquisition.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and motivation.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Lead performance appraisal system development and implementation to drive high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR manager or executive with a track record of success in driving business results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and analytics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills to architect and implement innovative HR solutions.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
