Seeking an accomplished Capital Markets professional to lead equity fundraising and investment banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee capital market deals including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Bonds, and other capital market transactions.
  • Advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring.
  • Evaluate compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution - from due diligence, drafting offer documents, and coordinating with regulators to liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.
  • Analyze financial data, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  • Nurture strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
  • Support in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.
