Human Capital Management Expertise

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide human capital management expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules. This role requires a strong understanding of HR business processes and workflows, as well as the ability to configure modules based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of HR business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet specific business requirements, including developing custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
  • Technical Integration: Perform technical integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL/FDI, and manage data migrations and validations during implementations or upgrades.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, including resolving incidents as per SLA, delivering user training and documentation for HCM functionalities and enhancements, and collaborating with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for system improvements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM modules. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential for this role, as the successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their HR and payroll processes and gather requirements.
