Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Position

The role of Oracle HCM Functional Consultant requires a seasoned professional to oversee the end-to-end implementation, updating and customization of Oracle HCM across all modules globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage the entire Oracle HCM implementation process for all modules from initiation to completion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants and external partners to ensure successful project execution and address any technical or business-related issues that may arise.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business requirements and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance of HR Tech Products: Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and user guides to support users in utilizing HR technology effectively.
  • Change Management and Digital Adoption: Provide organizational change management support to facilitate the adoption of HR technology and internal communication products within the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR tech products post-implementation to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12 to 15+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems or supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
