Technical Consultant - Oracle HCM Cloud

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Technical Consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position that requires a strong background in technical development, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field.

Core Functions
  • Technical Development:
    • Design and implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud applications, with a focus on US and Canada Payroll.
    • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, BIP, OTBI, and other related technologies.
  • Data Management:
    • Plan and execute data extracts and imports, ensuring data integrity and governance.
    • Support large/complex data imports and extracts, validating accuracy through reporting and queries.
  • Integration and Migration:
    • Develop and maintain integrations/file transfers, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
    • Plan and support migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches, mitigating risk/downstream impacts.
  • Analysis and Consultation:
    • Provide analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical development, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud and US/Canada Payroll.
  • Skillset:
    • Strong writing skills in Fast Formula development.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
