Oracle HCM Consultant Job

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM consultant to enhance our organization's human capital management solutions.

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

A successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies, as well as experience configuring ORC to support these processes. Additionally, they should have a proven track record in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud and HCM Cloud application solutions.

  • Proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration and customizations, including knowledge of ORC APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and HCM Data Loader (HDL)

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a clear understanding of the cross-functional impact of all HCM Oracle modules, with emphasis on HCM Core and ORC modules. Certification in Oracle Recruiting Cloud is preferred but not mandatory.

Talent Acquisition Strategy: We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead functional discussions to analyze build requirements and brainstorm solutions. The successful candidate will be able to configure and customize Oracle Recruiting Cloud to meet the organization's talent acquisition needs.

HCM Cloud Solutions: Our organization utilizes Oracle HCM Cloud to manage its human capital. The ideal candidate will have experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools in Oracle Cloud environments.

Certification and Training: While certification in Oracle Recruiting Cloud is preferred, we are open to candidates with equivalent experience and skills.
