We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and experience in end-to-end implementation. The ideal candidate will have the ability to map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules, identify as-is and to-be processes, and build/review functional design specification documents.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct requirement workshops and configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules.
  • Design complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud life cycle and specific modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, and Talent & Learn.
