Job Overview:

The Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) Lead plays a pivotal role in the onboarding and migration process into SAP GCE.

This position requires a trusted advisor with a strong customer focus to oversee the transition from a project and program perspective, ensuring a seamless integration of the Private Cloud landscape and business delivery.

The ECS Lead will collaborate closely with internal and external teams, including GCE and Delivery teams, Hyperscale's, and GSSP, to provide quality services that satisfy customer needs and manage infrastructure and application complexities throughout the onboarding cycle.

  • Manage sales deliverables to ensure handover quality gates are met, initiating new tasks.
  • Coordinate with consulting and customer teams to manage deliverables and projects.
  • Communicate effectively with all teams through build and migration lifecycles.
  • Document and clear open issues; project completion.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed technical upgrade plans.
  • Ensure project- and phase-signoffs from customers.
  • Organize regular meetings, including standup meetings and project communication.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders involved in the technical upgrade project.
  • Oversee overall progress and status of the technical upgrade.
  • Coordinate PROD upgrades with relevant parties from customer and SAP ECS sides.
