Job Opportunity

We seek an experienced professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR to fill a key position at our organization.

About the Role:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR is required.
  • Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Security Console, Geographies & address validation, Document Types & number generation rules, Position management and synchronization, Grades & Grade Ladders, AOR Templates, and Absence Management configuration & troubleshooting is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience in Core HR support and issue resolution is essential.
  • Good knowledge of HCM data structures, business objects, and workflows is required.
  • The ability to analyze business requirements and provide solutions is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.
  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR components.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR is necessary.
  • Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Security Console, Geographies & address validation, Document Types & number generation rules, Position management and synchronization, Grades & Grade Ladders, AOR Templates, and Absence Management configuration & troubleshooting is required.
