Sales Operations Manager

Our influential publications and high-profile events, including the Retail Jeweller India Awards, India's most prestigious and elite event for jewellery retailers, and the Retail Jeweller India Forum, which is an industry conference with experts speaking on the growth of the Retail Jewellery business, continue to shape the future of jewellery retail across India and the Middle East.
Job Summary: The person responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales and operations functions of industry events. This includes generating revenues through delegate exhibitors and sponsorship sales, managing event logistics, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading a team to execute successful events.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets of the company.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives and develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets for ensuring its profitability.
- Manage on-site event operations for ensuring its smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising on quality of the events.
- Manage clients for awards and forums during events.
- Help the team with all the pre- and post-events operations part.
What We're Looking For:
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in handling B2B industry sales and operations for Events, Forums, Awards, and Pret ACouture Show, preferably for the jewellery industry, in getting delegate exhibitors and sponsorship sales during events, along with managing its operational parts for the mid-level position and a minimum of 10 years of similar experience for senior-level position.
