Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to develop and execute strategic partnerships with Indian colleges and universities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian higher education landscape, experience in setting up articulation, exchange, or progression programs, and excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and articulation agreements for student progression, twinning programs, and exchange opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external academic teams to map curriculum compatibility and student eligibility.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives.
  • Serve as the key liaison between internal leadership, international university partners, and Indian institutions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably in institutional partnerships, international relations.
  • Strong understanding of Indian higher education landscape and international mobility trends.
  • Proven experience in setting up articulation, exchange, or progression programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across India and occasionally internationally.
