Job Title: Senior Partnership

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead our efforts in expanding adoption of English language learning, literacy and numeracy programs in the education sector.

We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven individual to fill this position.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve targets by identifying potential clients and market segments for promoting and integrating our English learning products.
  • Develop and execute plans to deliver presentations and demonstrations of our products, effectively communicating their value to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey the value of our offerings to clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to promote sustained revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales activities and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in education partnerships, literacy programs, teacher training, or B2B/B2G education outreach.
  • Strong network across India.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the Education industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other business tools.
  • Ability to work independently and explore new opportunities.
  • Minimum 3+ years of working experience in a remote setup.
