Enterprise Relationship Manager

This role requires a skilled professional to manage and grow relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring strong client engagement, successful adoption of solutions, and long-term business value.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment and possess knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and understand their strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Represent the client internally by working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client needs.
  • Use data, KPIs, and market insights to provide recommendations and measurable value.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
