The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with experience in developing and implementing enterprise risk management frameworks. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify key risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Identification and Assessment: Identify potential risks and assess their likelihood and impact on the organization.
- Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports to senior stakeholders on risk status and progress towards risk mitigation goals.
Requirements:
- Graduate Degree: A graduate degree in finance, management, or risk management from a reputable institution is required.
- Experience: 4-8 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of exchange ecosystem and operations.
- Certifications: Strong knowledge of risk identification, assessment, and management frameworks, as well as control frameworks and governance standards (COSO framework, Basel Corporate Governance Principles).
Preferred Skills:
- Risk Management Frameworks: Experience with risk management frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, or ISO 31000.
