Drive Business Growth with a Key Account Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead the growth of our enterprise clients in the domestic market.
This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, driving upsell and cross-sell strategies, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts, coupled with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute account plans, track revenue forecasts, and consistently meet/exceed account growth targets.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver impactful learning solutions.
- Monitor account health, proactively resolve challenges, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales/account management.
- Demonstrated success in handling large enterprise accounts with measurable growth outcomes.
- Strong expertise in farming (upselling & cross-selling); exposure to hunting/new client acquisition is a plus.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to influence and engage with senior leaders.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
