
Sales Lead

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and consultative selling. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our presence in international markets.
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential enterprise customers, presenting tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, across international markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and contract closure, ensuring seamless deal execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions that align with client requirements and comply with local regulations.
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and drive long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, gather market feedback, and provide insights into customer needs.
- 3-4 years of experience within a fast-paced sales environment with an MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institution.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Strong consultative selling skills and an in-depth understanding of technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, particularly with large enterprise clients.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with global executives.
- Familiarity with business practices, including cultural nuances, legal and regulatory considerations.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
