Interior Design Management Position

We are seeking a seasoned Interior Design Manager to lead our design team in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales funnel to achieve a higher conversion rate output.
  • Target and achieve 12-15 projects per month through effective new project bookings.

Responsible for Customer Experience & Relationship Management to foster long-term partnerships.

You will also be responsible for training designers to ensure sales and enabling them to achieve their targets.

Leadership and Team Development

With a minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in B2C Business Development and Growth, and managerial experience of at least 12 months leading a team, you will possess the expertise to mentor and guide our design team towards success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Qualification: B-Arch (preferred) or equivalent with relevant industry exposure.
  • Managerial experience of minimum 12 months leading a team.
