The Design Manager will be responsible for managing designing projects for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers.

  • Managing Designing Projects.
  • Productivity and work output management.
  • Customer Experience and Relationship Management.
  • Ensuring design Net Promoter Survey.
  • Training designers on technical details.
  • Design discussions leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field preferably B.Arch or B.Interior Design.
  • Masters or Specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA or Design Management.
  • 3+ years experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager.
  • Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).
