
Sales Ambassador

This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales and growth by connecting with clients across the US market. As a key sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
- Record and update client information in CRM systems.
- Work closely with the sales/marketing team to improve lead conversion.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation.
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in interior design or related field is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
