We are seeking an accomplished and charismatic leader to spearhead our retail sales team. As a dynamic Senior Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing day-to-day store operations, and fostering exceptional customer experiences.
- About the Role:
- Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Spearhead visual merchandising initiatives to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
- Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Qualifications:
- MBA from a leading institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in Indian designer brands or real estate consultancy firms.
- Skills:
- Exceptional ability to sell and engage with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) at a personal level.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNIs.
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
