Lead Education Counsellors and Drive Sales Growth

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Team Leader – Counselling to lead a team of Education Counsellors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, client relationship building, and meeting sales targets in the education domain.

This role requires a proactive and target-driven professional with excellent communication and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the team towards achieving sales targets and monthly quotas, while ensuring timely and accurate follow-up with leads and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Education Counsellors to achieve sales targets and improve productivity.
  • Drive sales growth by developing effective strategies and providing training to the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and report team productivity and performance on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Conduct weekly reporting of team sales goals and performance to upper management.
Requirements:
  • Proven 5-7 years of experience in leading a counselling/sales team in the education industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong client handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and lead by example.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and deliver under pressure.
  • Sound knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems.
