Senior Client Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Client Advisor. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role is responsible for building and managing relationships with high net worth individual (HNI) clients and delivering exceptional sales skills to close high-value jewelry sales. You will also develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
