High-Value Transactions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market. As a key player, you will guide high-net-worth clients through the closing process from negotiation to possession, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects our brand's prestige.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the entire closing process from contract to closing date, adhering to timelines and preparing necessary documents.
  • Ensure legal compliance by reviewing documents and contracts for accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee financial transactions, including earnest money deposits and final payments, with lenders and title companies.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
  • Maintain organized files of transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
  • Identify potential issues and proactively resolve them promptly.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders for effective communication and cooperation.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of closing documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate post-closing tasks, such as document recordings and client follow-ups, for a smooth transition and client satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements to closing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or real estate; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with proven closing success.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
  • Client-centric mindset, strategic thinker, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics and high-net-worth client expectations.
