We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Oversee Commercial Properties: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, and other commercial assets.
  • Coordinate Property Maintenance: Coordinate and monitor property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects to enhance property value and tenant experience.
  • Manage Vendor Payments and Insurance: Manage third-party vendor payments and on-time mortgage payments, while also maintaining and managing insurance coverage and managing insurance claims.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Property Management: Minimum of 3 years professional experience in property management in Yardi required.
  • Advanced Reading and Interpreting Skills: Advanced experience reading and interpreting leases and related documents as well as financial information contained in accounting software, spreadsheets, financial statements, etc., required.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency working with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) required.
