Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate Investment

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis of commercial real estate properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Modeling: Develop complex financial models for REITs and other commercial real estate investments, including operating and non-operating cash flow modeling, levered and debt cash flow, JV & waterfall, building and auditing financial models for multifamily, office, industrial and retail asset classes.
  • Valuation: Valuate commercial real estate properties by applying different approaches – income capitalization approach (DCF & direct capitalization), sales comparison approach, and cost approach.
  • Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of companies and industries for clients, using statistical and analytical skills to assess economic performance.
  • Client Management: Build and manage relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Meet project timelines and quality of deliverables to ensure high client satisfaction.

Conducting analysis and performing quality control checks on outgoing reports/packs.

Demonstrate strength and experience in managing research on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements:
  • Post-Graduation: Finance or equivalent qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or equiv.).
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the Investment banking space or commercial real estate valuation.
  • Skills: Strong statistical and analytical skills, excellent written and spoken communication skills, working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson Research, FactSet etc., and proficiency in MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
