Sales and Business Development Associate

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team at Jungleworks as Sales and Business Development Associate - Trainee. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving SME B2B sales, focusing on small businesses in tier 2/3 cities. Your primary objective will be to make these businesses understand the benefits of adopting our Fatafat product to scale their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressive Telesales: Prospecting and qualifying potential clients to meet revenue targets within the assigned lead quota.
- Market Research: Conducting intensive market research to understand customer needs and industry trends for effective solution positioning.
- Sales Presentations: Delivering compelling sales presentations and demos to showcase the value of our software.
- Collaboration: Collaborating closely with the sales team and other departments to craft tailored proposals for clients.
- CRM Management: Maintaining meticulous records of sales activities and managing customer relationships using CRM software.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiating and closing sales deals under tight timelines, ensuring achievement of set targets.
- Client Relationships: Cultivating lasting relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Industry Trends: Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition.
