Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the hardware and sanitary industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned territory and develop business opportunities in the hardware and sanitary sector.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and whole sellers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales and marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- 2-9 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hardware and sanitary industry.
- Strong understanding of the hardware and sanitary market, including products, trends, and competitors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
