About the Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales officers, achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in sales management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales officers to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in sales management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, including achievement of sales targets and team leadership
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Good understanding of micro/small unsecured business loans, affordable housing, or small ticket LAP products
